The hotel was spotless. Everyone was very friendly. The check-in was efficient. We liked the Irish bar. The location of the hotel was unbeatable. The shuttle to the airport was a big plus. There was a trendy restaurant, a shopping area, and a market next door.

The situation, Gangnam, is very good. Many restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The shuttle bus from Inchon Airport stops on the other side of the street, but very close to the hotel (no need for a taxi). Very good price performance ratio for Gangnam.

The room was quite small, but known before.

The service was nice with parking on site.

The rooms here are pretty basic, but they come with a good selection of foreign TV channels and an AC to keep you cool. The staff are really nice and helpful. 🌟 Great service and convenient onsite parking available.

The daily service was good. the hotel room was brand-new, had high-speed internet, and large windows. - the location of the property was perfect and excellent. We were a short walk to the shops at Gangnam, direct transport, and the biggest shopping streets.

Service at the reception is great! Always very helpful. Breakfast buffet good, breakfast time from 6 - 10 am also good, but unfortunately from 9 am the restaurant started to rearrange for lunch, that was disturbing. Airport shuttle good!
